Exercise in morning

Even if you want to do a small work task before exercising, you’ll be rushed to do it.

You’ll feel better afterwards too.

Sure, your mind may be sharp in the morning. But if you don’t work out you’ll crash later on. Is that worth it?

Changing Your Environment

I get lazy and sometimes forget to put on lotion / skin care products at night. The fix? I cleared out my clothes on my dresser, so now the things I want are in eye sight and easily accessible.
